The group reads and reflects on ancient Eastern spiritual teachings to access heartfelt peace and joy in the present moment. Some of the teachers we have read include: Thich Nhat Hahn, Eckart Tolle, Pema Chodron, Rupert Spira, Tara Brach, and many others. We share our personal thoughts, feelings and insights from these books that discuss meditation, mindfulness, being in the present moment, and living a healthy, happy and balanced life.
The goal is to uncover, clarify and reveal what really matters to us in this lifetime and translate this into joyful and peaceful qualities that align with our hearts and reasons for being alive. We go very deep and the only requirement is to be honest with ourselves and others We are all vulnerable in the process of articulating and finding what is meaningful and true for ourselves. This is the time and place to reflect on timeless teachings and learn tools that can heal your life.
