YOGA WELLNESS SESSIONS are designed to help people who suffer with physical and mental health conditions related to work stress, aging, and trauma. I am specially trained and have experience in these areas. I want to share what I have learned to help you find more happiness and tranquility in your life in addition to good health.
YOGA WELLNESS SESSIONS are 60 -90 minutes depending on your schedule. During the first session I want to learn your specific health and wellness needs to determine how I can best help you. I will also share with you what has best helped me on my lifelong healing journey.
I recommend YOGA WELLNESS SESSIONS to people new to yoga and meditation as well as people with mental and physical challenges. I enjoy getting to know my students needs in a very personal way that can support their growth physically, mentally and spiritually.
YOGA WELLNESS SESSIONS can be scheduled on both weekdays and weekends from 10am - 7:30pm.
