YOGA WELLNESS SESSIONS are designed to help people who suffer with physical and mental health conditions related to work stress, aging, and trauma. I am specially trained and have experience in these areas. I want to share what I have learned to help you find more happiness and tranquility in your life in addition to good health.
The first YOGA WELLNESS SESSION will be two hours. Additional sessions are 90 minutes. During the first session I will do an intake interview to learn your specific health and wellness needs to determine how I can best help you. I will also share with you what has best helped me on my lifelong healing journey.
During the YOGA WELLNESS SESSION I will share with you which supplements I take and how to research the best brands, plus offer recipes you can use to change your diet. I will share materials I have studied to help with anxiety and depression, mental trauma, and chronic pain. I will share with you the nutritional doctors I follow to keep me young and physically healthy. If it is relevant, I will share how I lost 75 pounds, kept it off, and overcame a sugar addiction and lack of confidence with my weight and physical appearance.
I recommend YOGA WELLNESS SESSIONS to people new to yoga and meditation as well as people with mental and physical challenges. I enjoy getting to know my students needs in a very personal way that can support their growth physically, mentally and spiritually.
My fee for the first two hour private session is $150. Ongoing 90-minute private sessions are $75 each.
(I offer a sliding scale for people with limited income.)
You will also have FREE UNLIMITED ACCESS TO ALL ZOOM WEEKLY GROUP CLASSES.
This has $160 per month value.
Private sessions can be scheduled on both weekdays and weekends from 10am - 7:30pm.
There is a LIMITED SPACE AVAILABLE.

YOGA WELLNESS SESSIONS are not a replacement for medical treatment. It is recommended that you consult with a doctor for specific recommendations and medical treatment. I have found medical doctors and mental health professionals essential to my recovery.
