YOGA WELLNESS SESSIONS
For Leaders and Aspiring Leaders
Designed for professionals navigating stress, fatigue, trauma, or the demands of leadership, these sessions offer a restorative space to reconnect and recharge—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
With expertise in yoga, mindfulness, trauma recovery, and integrative mental health, I personalize each session to meet your unique needs—whether you're new to yoga or seeking deeper resilience through challenges like anxiety, burnout, or addiction recovery.
Sessions (30–60 minutes) can be done on a mat or chair, at home, in the office, or online. Your first session includes a wellness consultation to tailor your path toward inner strength and clarity.
This is more than a practice—it’s a personal and professional commitment to help you find calm, presence, and lasting well-being.

Monday–Sunday | 10:00 AM – 6 PM
