Through practices like yoga and meditation and self-reflection, we can shift our experiences into an arena of self-transformation where we feel true joy and a more expansive freedom from anything that seems to limit our expression and identity. Self-Transformation Yoga is a place to allow self love and love of others to blossom in our bodies and in our minds. Please come and feel this experience of peace and compassion from someone who knows this process personally. I am someone who has the personal experience of self-transformation.
This class is held on Thursdays 6 pm EST on Zoom. I also teach the principles of Self-Transformation Yoga in my Yoga Wellness Sessions.
